Samosa is a well-known appetizer in Nepal and India. It is made up of curried potato and peas filled into pastries which is deep fried until crispy. A green-spicy chutney is usually served alongside the somasa. Yum!

Nepali Momo
Momo is one of the most popular food in Nepal. It is a type of dumpling with fillings spiced up with various Nepali spices. This gives Momo a much richer flavour than your regular dumplings. It is usually served with a special sauce (chutney) or soup.
